Doctored tuna salad. Lemon juice cuts need for mayo.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad w/Veggies & Lemon

5 oz. tuna, white albacore in water
1 T. mayonnaise, Hellmann's in extra virgin olive oil
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. sweet bell pepper, green
1/2 c. onion, red
1/2 c. cucumber, seeded, drained

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad w/Veggies & Lemon

  1. Seed & chop 1/2 c. cucumber. Let drain on paper towel.

  2. Drain tuna, chunk in bowl.

  3. Finely chop pepper & onion. Add to tuna.

  4. Add lemon & mayo. Mix together.

  5. Add cucumber, combine.

  6. Serve in pita with tomato.
