0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
0.5 tsp Fenugreek Seed
1 tsp Dill Weed, Dried

0.065 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 large Mushrooms
0.5 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 cup Lentils, Sprouted
