This is good stuff to have prepared in the refrigerator when you are having hunger cravings. Can be eaten with or without bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad for Sandwiches

2 hard boiled eggs (chopped)
2 cans tuna in water (drained)
2 tbsp light Miracle Whip
1 tbsp sweet Pickle Relish
2 tsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp chopped onion (dried)

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad for Sandwiches

  1. Hard boil 2 large eggs; chop into 1/4 inch chunks.

  2. Drain water from 2 cans of chunk light tuna

  3. In a medium mixing bowl add all ingredients, mix well.

  4. Add more mustard or salt (optional) to taste.

  5. Makes 10 sandwiches.

  6. Cover and refrigerate unused portion for future use.
