2 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Solid White Albacore in Water
2 slice(25 g) Nature's Own 100% Whole Grain Sugar Free Bread
1 stalk, small (5" long) Celery
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tbsp Canola Real Mayonnaise
5 dash Pepper, Black

  1. Open 4 oz can, drain and use half

  2. chop celery and onions small

  3. Mash fish as small as desired and add and the other ingredience.

  4. Spread on toasted bread - enjoy
