i use canola oil mayo in this tuna salad, pickles and low carb bread (the nutrition analysis is for regular whole wheat bread)

Recipe Ingredients for tuna salad sandwich

1 can tuna, packed in water, drained
1 tablespoon mayo
8 dill pickles
1 teaspoon mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
8 slices whole wheat bread

mix all, except bread, make a sandwich!
