1 serving Slimwiches 100% Wheat
136 grams Starkist Solid White Albacore Tuna in water
15 3/5 grams Celery
13 g Real Mayonnaise
1 serving Sweet Midgets Pickles
42 1/2 grams Tomatoes
1 cup Alfalfa Seeds, Sprouted

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad Sandwich

Mix drained tuna, chopped celery, chopped pickles and mayo together. Toast bread, spread half of the tuna salad on the bread, top with tomato slice and alfalfa sprouts. Can add a slice of provolone cheese, but add the calories...or use a low-fat mayo to offset the cheese.
