Delicious, fast, easy, and healthy Tuna Salad Sandwich.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad Sandwich

1/2 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
1/6 cup celery, chopped
1/2 tbsp light mayo
1/4 hard boiled egg white, chopped (optional)
2 slices whole wheat bread

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad Sandwich

  1. Drain tuna, place in bowl.

  2. Add chopped celery and mayo. Mix.

  3. (Optional) Hard boil one egg and discard yolk. Chop egg whites and add to mixture.

  4. Refrigerate and spread between two slices of bread.

  5. *Note: The recipe should be doubled (hence the strange 1/6 cup celery and 1/4 egg), however I found that I could not reasonably fit all of the tuna salad on my sandwich. Adjust accordingly.
