Tuna salad with veggies on bread.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad Sandwich

2 cans of tuna, drained
1 celery stalk, diced
4 baby carrots, grated
1/4 cup onion, diced
10 grapes, cut in half
1 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tbsp dill weed
1/4 tbsp celery salt
4 slices wheat bread
4 leaves of lettuce
16 slices of tomato, thin
4 slice of red onion, thin
4 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad Sandwich

  1. Combine first 11 ingredients well.

  2. Spread butter on bread.

  3. Cut bread in half

  4. Place lettuce leaf on one half.

  5. Arrange tomato slices and onion slices on lettuce.

  6. Spoon two spoonful of tuna salad on top of veggies.

  7. Top with second half of bread.

  8. Makes 4 sandwiches.
