Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad Sandwich - Light

1 can light tuna, drained
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 tbsp pickle relish
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced onion
4 slices white bread

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad Sandwich - Light

  1. Place tuna in small bowl and combine with lemon juice.

  2. Add yogurt, mayo, pickle relish, mustard, and onion, and combine well.

  3. Line 2 bread slices with lettuce and tomato. Top each with half of tuna. Top with remaining slices of bread.
