Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

7 oz Tuna, White, Canned In Water
1/4 cup celery
1/4 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup Yogurt, Plain, Low Fat, 12 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup cucumber
1/4 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Chop all vegetable fine. Chiffonade the spinach. Mix all ingredients. Season with salt, pepper, herbs.
