Recipe Ingredients for Tuna salad

12 oz. tuna
2 tablespoons pickles
1/2 tablespoon light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

Recipe Directions for Tuna salad

Drain tuna. Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Measure out 5, 1/4 cup servings in a storage container.
