Tuna salad filling for sandwich or wrap

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

150 grams Tuna, Light, Canned In Oil, Drained Solids
60 grams Reduced Fat With Olive Oil
100 grams Onions
80 grams Pickles, Cucumber, Dill

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. Drain oil from 3 cans of tuna (50 gr each) and put tuna in bowl.

  2. Finely chop pickles and onions.

  3. Add chopped pickles, onions, and mayo to bowl of tuna.

  4. Mix ingredients together.
