A low fat tuna salad that is yummy^2

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

1 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
1/4 cup, chopped Onions
1/2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cups Mixed Baby Greens
12 g lemon yields Lemon Juice

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. Open can of tuna and drain.

  2. Smash avocado and mix into tuna.

  3. Finely chop the onions and mix into tuna mixture.

  4. Mix a little of the lemon into the tuna mixture

  5. Place the tuna mixture atop the greens.

  6. Drizzle remaining lemon juice and olive over the salad

  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
