Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

0.5 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
2 cup, shredded or chopped Lettuce, Iceberg
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
1 dash Salt, Table
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Tear lettuce and place in bowl. Drain tuna and add to lettuce. Chop tomato and add to bowl. Add oil and lemon juice. Season with spices and toss salad.
