1 egg, hard boiled
20 g fat free ranch dressing
20 g pepper, sweet red
20 g pepper, sweet yellow
20 g red onion

  1. drain tuna

  2. chop up hard boiled egg

  3. chop up peppers and onion

  4. combine all ingredients with some f/f ranch dressing
