Tuna with veggies in lemon mustard dressing. Little zesty.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

15 oz tuna
14 oz pinto beans
2 cups arugula
1 cup scallions chopped
1 cup cucumber
3 tomatoes
5 oz olives
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. Chop vegetables fine.

  2. Wash the canned beans till clean.

  3. Fork the tuna till large flakes.

  4. Mix all veggies together.

  5. Whisk the oil and components of dressing till well mixed.

  6. Add tuna flakes to veggies

  7. Add dressing and toss till well mixed.

  8. Store in refrigerator or serve immediately.

  9. Change the proportions of ingredients to your liking.

  10. This was an experiment.
