Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

3 cups of spinach
1 medium tomato
1/2 small avocado
1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup corn
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 cup chopped zucchini
1/8 cup sunflower seeds
1 can sunkist albacore
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. chop 1 medium tomato

  2. scoop out 1 half of a small avocado and dice

  3. scoop 1/2 cup black beans into a bowl

  4. add 1/4 cup chopped corn into the bowl

  5. add tomato and avocado to the bowl

  6. add 1/2 cup shredded carrot to the bowl

  7. chop zucchini, add 1 cup to the bowl

  8. add 1/4 cup nonfat yogurt to the bowl

  9. add 1/8 cup sunflower seeds into the bowl

  10. open 1 can of albacore tuna and drain

  11. empty the contents of the can into the bowl

  12. add a dash of salt

  13. add a dash of pepper

  14. mix thoroughly
