Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

16 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
4 cans light tuna, drained
3 eggs, hardboiled
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup light sour cream
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 cup pickles, chopped
8 oz frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. cook pasta and drain & rinse

  2. drain tuna and add to pasta

  3. chopped eggs and celery and add to tuna

  4. combine all remaining ingredients (except peas) and mix

  5. add to pasta and mix in with the peas

  6. serve with soy sauce.
