Recipe Directions for tuna salad

  1. Chop 3 celery stalks and 1/2 an onion

  2. Mix Low sodium tuna and vegetables together

  3. Add 2 TBS lite miracle whip

  4. Add 1-2oz skim milk

  5. Add salt and pepper to taste

  6. Mix all ingredients together until well blended
