low fat tuna salad w/yogurt ranch dressing, no mayo

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

35 4/5 grams Pickles, Cucumber, Dill
1/2 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
4 tbsp Classic Ranch Yogurt Dressing
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
14 oz Premium Albacore Tuna Pouch

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. Empty tuna packet in medium mixing bowl.

  2. Sprinkle with garlic powder.

  3. Finely dice pickle, celery, and yellow bell pepper and add to tuna.

  4. Pour yogurt ranch dressing on tuna and mix until well blended.

  5. Enjoy on whole wheat bread. Healthy!

  6. The D rating is due to sodium. Use the Premium Albacore tuna from Sam's (Member's Mark) it is only 140 mg sodium per pouch.
