This tuna is not your ordinary tuna! It's packed with fresh herbs and spices, yet light and delishous! Serve on 50 cal flax wrap with a side of spinach salad w/cranberry & walnut topped with a rasberry vinegrette for delishous, light lunch or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

1/4 cup cucumber (seeded)
3 tbsp plain low fat yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp fresh chives
1 1/4 tsp grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp pepper
1 garlic clove
4 cans tuna in water
3 tbsp low fat mayonnaise
1 onion chopped
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp sweet relish

Mix all ingredients together and serve.
