Tuna Salad Recipe

This is a very flavorfull tuna salad! Great on sandiches, or as a protein in a salad. I prefer to make it with creamy dill mustard (same calories as dijon, but not as sharp and the dill gives great flavor) but I couldn't find it on the website... enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

1 can tuna
1 tbsp light mayo
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. drain tuna, put in small bowl

  2. add mayo, mustard (again, for best results, try creamy dill mustard - delicious!), tarragon and salt and pepper

  3. mash together with a fork until fully mixed and tuna is broken down

  4. serve open face on rye bread, or as a tuna melt by adding a slice of cheese and broiling for 3 minutes, or on a mixed green salad with a mild vinaigrette.

  5. Enjoy!
