"Gourmet" tuna salad. Great on a whole wheat pita or toast. Can refridgerate up to 1 week. (Is best about day 2-3)

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

3 cans Tuna
1 granny smith apple
1/2 cup red onion
2 stalks celery
1 cup black olives
1/4 cup mayo
1 tbsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. Chop the apple, onion, celery and olives.

  2. Drain tuna.

  3. Mix chopped vegetables with mayo and mustard.

  4. Mix in tuna.

  5. Serve.
