Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

1 cup lowfat plain yogurt
600 g Lettuce
3 3/4 cans Light Tuna
3/4 cup Salsa
1 tbs black pepper
2 green bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

mix the yogurt, black pepper, and salsa first. Add and toss the lettuce and bell pepper. Can add frozen corns and other vegetables.
