Sweet bell peppers, olives and curry spices

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

12 oz Chunk White Tuna in Spring Water
1/2 cup red bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup orange bell pepper, minced
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, minced
4 oz Plain Nonfat yogurt
2 tbsp olives, minced
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup celery, minced
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp Brown Rice Vinegar, Organic
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Mix all ingredients with a fork. Serve on sandwiches, whole grain crackers or in lettuce wraps.
