Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

6 oz. tuna (water packed or pouch)
2 eggs (hard-boiled)
1/4 cup celery (finely chopped)
1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
4 tablespoons Miracle Whip Light

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. Boil and peel 2 large eggs. Dice eggs into small pieces.

  2. Drain tuna. Flake the tuna in bowl with fork.

  3. In food processor chop celery and onion into finely diced bits.

  4. Mix together and add pickle relish and Miracle Whip.

  5. Best if made before needed to allow flavors to mix together. Can be served as a salad or as sandwich spread.
