Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

12 oz. of Tuna, drained
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup dill pickles, chopped
1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Mix all ingredients. Makes approximately four 1/2 cup servings.
