I guessed at the servings, depends on how hungry you are. Still the calories are small, so dig in!! The 1 cup tuna is basically equivalent to two packets of single serving starkist light tuna. The 25 grams of lemon juice is basically equivalent to juice from 1/2 a lemon.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

1 cup light tuna
1/2 small onion chopped
1 c chopped celery
1/4 c chopped dill pickles
2 tbsp ranch dressing
25 grams lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp dill
1/2 tsp onion salt

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Add all ingredients and stir together. Put in fridge for 30 minutes. I like this in a pita loaf. I also like to add into the pita tomatoes, romaine and shredded cheddar. Very easy and extra crunchy with the celery! Enjoy!!
