Mistakenly bought tuna in oil, and didn't realize it until I had opened it to make lunch. Despite the mistake, this tastes pretty good and next time I'll use tuna in water!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

283 g chunk light tuna in oil, drained
30 g sweet pickle relish
23 g scallions, minced
8 g flat-leaf parsley, minced
69 g celery, minced
2 T light mayo
2 T low fat yogurt
1 T dijon mustard
1 tsp fresh dill, minced
1 salt
1 fresh black pepper, ground

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Serve on whole grain bread or crackers.
