Quick and easy! I need to start buying low fat mayo tho, which would cut the calories considerably.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

2 cans of tuna, drained
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1/4 red pepper, diced finely
1 green onion, diced finely
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper
1 dash Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Break up the tuna and mix with all ingredients. I'll eat it either on saltines or over a salad with some oil & vinegar dressing.
