Just entering this to track my lunch for today.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

1 can tuna, solid white packed in water
1 tbsp nonfat yogurt
1 tsp mayo
1 baby carrot, chopped
1 pickle, mini-kosher dill
1 tbsp purple onion, chopped
1 dash of black pepper
2 cherry tomatoes, chopped
2 lettuce leaves, or baby spinach

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Drain tune, then mix with remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve with a couple of lettuce leaves or baby spinach on homemade pita bread (see other recipe).
