Light and healthy version of a tuna salad.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad

1 can chunk light tuna
2 tablespoons parsley
2 tablespoons green onion
2 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons fat free plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
5 cups fresh spinach

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad

Do not drain the tuna. Put it into a bowl along with parsley, green onions, mayonnaise, plain yogurt, and dijon mustard. Mix together. Place a serving on a bed of spinach greens.
