Tuna salad made with Omega 3 rich flax mayonnaise dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad Plus

1 tsp. flax seed
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. safflower oil
1 1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. almond milk
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
5 3/4 oz. tuna in water

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad Plus

Soak the flax in 1 Tbsp. water for 3 or 4 hours. Make Omega 3 creamy dressing as directed in recipe. Add to the tuna in a bowl. Mix well and serve on greens or in a sandwich.
