Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad Pinwheels

1/2 tsp wasabi
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 scallions, chopped
2 cans tuna
84 g tortillas
6 oz mixed baby greens

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad Pinwheels

  1. mix wasabi and soy in small bowl. Add oil. Then mash together with scallions and tuna.

  2. heat large skillet over high heat. blister torillas for 30 sec per side, then allow to cool about 1 min.

  3. top tortillas evenly with tuna salad and greens. Fold two sides of the tortilla in at the edges and tightly roll up the tortilla. cut into 1/2 inch slices to make pinwheels
