A twist on the traditional sandwich-style tuna salad, intended to serve over bed of greens.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad with Peas

1 cup, solid or chunks Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
1 cup, solid or chunks Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
1 cup Sweet Peas
4 oz Light Dressing
12 oz Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas), Organic
2 tbsp Dill Relish
2 tbsp Sweet Relish
2 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad with Peas

  1. Allow peas to thaw in separate dish.

  2. Drain Tuna.

  3. Add to bowl: miracle whip, tuna, and both relishes, mixing well.

  4. Chop boiled egg and add.

  5. Drain Garbanzo Beans, and add.

  6. Finish by stirring in peas.

  7. Chill for 20 minutes.

  8. Serve over leafy greans, or with light crackers.
