A good choice of fish dish for all occasions. Can be served as starter, or lunch or main dish as light dinner or a good dish for your parties. (with some sweet fruty white wine or red).

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad from Olga's Healthy Choice

100 g StarKist Chunk Light Canned Tuna
100 g potatoes
50 g onion
100 g parsley
100 g Yogurt, Plain, Skim Milk, 13 Grams Protein Per 8 Ounce
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tsp chili pepper
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad from Olga's Healthy Choice

  1. Boil potatoes, drain and let it cool.

  2. In a bowl, put diced onions (or you may use spring onions), chopped parsley and diced potatoes. Add all other ingredients and mix properly.
