2 can tuna
1 onion
2 stalks celery
1 tomato
2 oz lettuce

Recipe Directions for Tuna salad w/o bread and smart balance mayo

  1. cut up onions into small pieces

  2. cut up celery into small pieces

  3. drain tuna

  4. mash tuna into bowl with onions and celery

  5. scoop in mayo

  6. mix together

  7. toast bread

  8. spread tuna salad on bread

  9. slice tomato and put on bread

  10. wash lettuce and put on bread

  11. serve
