Recipe Ingredients for Tuna salad minus the mayo!!!

7 1/10 oz tuna
1/4 yellow onion
1/4 cucumber
1 celery stalk
2 tbsp of 2% cottage cheese
2 tbsp of fat free plain yogurt
2 hard boiled eggs

Recipe Directions for Tuna salad minus the mayo!!!

  1. dice vegetables and eggs

  2. mix with tuna

  3. mix in cottage cheese, and yogurt

  4. add i sweet & low packet

  5. add hot sauce for a kick (optional)

  6. mix and enjoy!
