1 clove garlic
2 small pickles
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  1. drain most of the water from the tuna

  2. crush garlic & mince pickles, add to tuna, along with onion

  3. add mayo & vinegar & mix

  4. salt & pepper to taste
