1 can (303 x 406) Lima Beans, Immature Seeds
2 can Tuna, Light, Canned In Water
6 olives Kalamata Whole Olives
1 tbsp Salad Dressing, Home Recipe, Vinegar And Oil
56 grams Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine

Recipe Directions for tuna salad w. lima beans

  1. make vinaigrette

  2. 1 tb olive oil

  3. 3 tb white wine vinigar

  4. pinch of salt

  5. pepper and dill to taste

  6. Drain beans and tuna

  7. Pit and halve olives

  8. mix all in bowl

  9. add vinaigrette

  10. serve over shredded romaine lettuce
