Recipe Ingredients for Tuna salad, the fun version

100 g boiled potatoes
125 g cannellini beans, cooked
125 g red beans, cooked
132 g tuna without oil
80 g tomatoes
30 g olives
15 g capers
225 g cucumbers
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp oregano
10 g fresh lemon juice
1 dash salt
1 dash pepper

  1. Boil the potatoes and beans (or rinse well the canned beans). Let cool.

  2. Chop what needs chopping.

  3. Mix.
