A nice salad that can be eaten alone or with some low fat crackers.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Salad (Dotty's)

1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
6 oz tuna, packed in water, drained
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, diced
2 tbsp basil, fresh, chopped
2 tbsp green onion tops, chopped
2 tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Tuna Salad (Dotty's)

  1. Whisk dressing ingredients until well blended and add to remaining ingredients except tomatoes.

  2. Let rest for 20-30 minutes for flavors to blend.

  3. Serve over sliced tomato.
