A yummy casserole sure to please the whole family!

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Romanoff

4 tbsp. margarine
3 1/2 cups rice chex
1/4 cup onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup 1% milk
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz pasta
2 cans tuna
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Romanoff

  1. Crush chex, finely chop onion

  2. cook pasta and drain (rigatoni works best)

  3. In a large pan, melt margarine

  4. Take 3 tbsp of margarine and mix with 3 cups of chex

  5. Sautee onion in remaining butter on low heat

  6. Add soup, cream cheese and milk, stir til smooth

  7. Add pasta, tuna and remaining cereal, stir together

  8. Pour mixture into 9x13 pan, cover top with cheese, then Chex

  9. Bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes
