This sushi-inspired recipe is my own invention. Mayonnaise can be swapped with light mayonnaise.

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Roll

360 cal Tuna, Light, Canned In Water, Drained Solids
100 g Real Mayonnaise
1 medium apple Apples
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar, Unfiltered, Organic
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
1 tbsp Plum Sauce
0.5 cup, diced Celery
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
45 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese

Recipe Directions for Tuna Roll

Dice apples, celery, and cheese, ad to large bowl. Drain 3 cans of tuna, add to bowl. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, sesame oil, plum sauce, and sesame seeds-mix thoroughly. Add to wrap with lettuce or on sandwich bread with lettuce. Garnish with more sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste.
