Fried rice with tuna, scrambled eggs and mixed vegetables

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna rice

4 oz Chunk Light Tuna - 50% Less Salt
4 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1.5 tbsp Olive Oil
3 eggs Egg, Scrambled
1/2 cup Vegetables, Mixed

Recipe Directions for Tuna rice

Cook rice. Heat oil in a wok, scramble the eggs and put them on a pate. Then add more oil and add add the tuna and pepper and fry it. Steam the vegetables separately then add them to the tuna. After a few more minutes of frying add the rice and mix it up and fry for a few more minutes. Finally mix in the scrambled eggs.
