Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Rice Muffins

2 cups white rice, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 large eggs
112 g Starkist Flavor Fresh Pouch, Chunk Light Pouch in water, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbs tarragon
2 tbs lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Tuna Rice Muffins

Cook rice. Combine with soup, eggs, tuna and cheese. Grease two muffin tins. Scoop mix into tins and bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until brown on top. Combine olive oil, tarragon and lemon juice and serve on top.
