2 5oz can of Tuna, drained Yields 4-6

Recipe Ingredients for Tuna and Rice Dinner

28.6 grams Chunk Light In Water Tuna
1.5 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1 can (10.75 oz) Soup, Cream Of Chicken
1 cup, chopped Onions
1 tbsp Butter
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 package (10 oz) yields Peas And Carrots

Recipe Directions for Tuna and Rice Dinner

  1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender but not browned.

  2. Stir in 10 oz package of frozen peas & carrots, 1% milk,soup and pepper. Bring mixture to a boil.

  3. Stir 2 drained cans of tuns (10 oz), 1.5 cup rice and parsley; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.
