Recipe Ingredients for Tuna Rice Casserole

2 cups brown rice
3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
8 oz tuna, drained
5 servings cheese
1 large onion, chopped

Recipe Directions for Tuna Rice Casserole

  1. Cook rice (1/2 cup raw) according to package directions. If microwaving, add the frozen vegetables to the raw rice and water. If cooking rice on stove, add 2-3 tbsp water and the mixed vegetables in a microwave safe bowl and cook on high for 5-7 min.

  2. When rice and veggies are done, add tuna, cheese, and onion.
