Recipe Ingredients for Tuna rice bake

2 tablespoons butter
1 clove garlic
1 onion
1 tablespoon flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
500 g tuna
2 cups rice

Recipe Directions for Tuna rice bake

  1. melt butter in saucepan. add garlic, onion.

  2. cook until onion is clear.

  3. stir flour and cook until frothy.

  4. gradually add milk, stirring constantly until misture boild and thickens.

  5. remove from heat

  6. add eggs beating until well combined.

  7. stir in tuna.

  8. season to taste

  9. combine tuna and cooked rice

  10. pour mixture into a greased proof oven dish.

  11. cook at 180C for 20 minutes or until golden

  12. serve hot or cold.
