Recipe Ingredients for Tuna, Red Onion and Tomato Sandwiches

4 slices of wholemeal bread
129 g (can of tuna in brine drained)
1/2 onion
91 g tomato
1 serving salad cream

Recipe Directions for Tuna, Red Onion and Tomato Sandwiches

  1. Chop onion and tomato finely and combine with drained tuna fish. Season with black pepper.

  2. Add the salad cream and mix thoroughly.

  3. Spread onto bread and enjoy :)
